File components:
– A certified financial aid application form is extracted from the website of the University of Oran1
– A copy of the national ID card.
– Birth certificate for the person concerned and his wife, as well as birth certificates for the father and mother of both parties
-Work certificate
-Residence card
– A family card for civil status or a certificate of non-remarriage in the event of divorce or death
– Income proof documents: Salary statements for the three months January-February-March 2024
And the last three months of 2025
-For retirees: retirement certificate and statement of proof of the husband’s monthly retirement income or
The wife.
