Announcement of the opening of the eighth session (8) for candidacy to obtain university qualifications

The Directorate of Human Resources of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research informs the lecturers class «B» and the research masters class «B» of the opening of the eighth (8th) application session in view of obtaining university accreditation.

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 45 of Executive Decree No. 08-130 of May 03, 2008, as amended and supplemented, on the special status of the research teacher and Article 57 of Executive Decree No. 08-131 of May 03, 2008, as amended and supplemented, on the special status of the permanent researcher, the class ” B” lecturers and class ‘B” research masters justifying the regulatory conditions of application mentioned in the provisions of Executive Decree No. 21-50 of 28 January 2021 laying down the conditions and procedures for obtaining university accreditation and Decree No. 804 of 14 July 2021, as amended and supplemented, laying down the rules for applying the provisions relating to obtaining university accreditation, may exclusively submit their application via the “PROGRÈS” platform using their professional electronic accounts through the following link: https://progres.mesrs.dz/webgrh
