The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), in coordination with the Ministry of Youth and Sports, announces the opening of candidates for the recruitment of a national or international expert in order to design a “dedicated national youth laboratory”, including : Technical and systematic support to promote the empowerment of young people in Algeria in this context. I have the honour to invite you to kindly publish this Declaration at the level of all your educational and research institutions to ensure greater participation of national competencies.
