A doctoral study scholarship offer in South Africa

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is the recipient of an offer of five (05) doctoral scholarships from the South African university “University of South Africa” (UNISA) for the benefit of Algerian students wishing to continue their post-graduation studies.
