international competition in fundamental and applied chemical research

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the launch of an international competition in fundamental and applied chemical research organized by the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (RUDN).

The award recognizes scientific contributions supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Eligibility conditions:

• Russian or foreign researchers under 55 years old.
• Individual or team applications (maximum three members).
• Applicants must not be active employees of RUDN University.
• Applicants must not have co-published with RUDN researchers during the last ten years.

Application deadline: September 16, 2026
Prize amount: 3 million rubles (about €32,000)
