Procedure for the organization of international scientific events

Correspondence no. 218 of 14 July 2026 from the Department of University Cooperation and Exchange of the MESRS/SDPUR regarding the procedural guide for organizing international scientific events.

In this regard, we kindly ask you to:
1- ٌComply with this new procedure for the programming of an international scientific event;
2- Submit your application according to the attached file (in the order in which the documents are presented);
3- Submit your requests to the permanent secretariat of the CRUO exclusively in digital format (unique compiled PDF file) no later than Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 12 p.m.
