the framework for implementing the provisions of correspondence no. 2602 from the MESRS DCEU dated 24 October 2024 concerning the offer of a scholarship by the Russian Federation for the training in PHD under the 2025-2026 academic year attached.
For the sake of clarity, this program is intended for students enrolled in the last year of the second cycle course (with a view to obtaining a master’s degree) and wishing to pursue doctoral studies in Russia.
To this end, please submit a total of three (03) applications per university institution for major students (based on the average of the first 4 years of the university course).
Given the deadlines set by the DCEU, the files must reach us before Saturday 09 November 2024 at 16:00 at VRRE.
