Every year, the L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science programme recognizes and supports promising female researchers at the doctoral or postdoctoral level, helping them to pursue their research either locally or internationally.
Implemented since 1998 by L’Oréal’s subsidiaries worldwide, with the support of UNESCO field offices, this award aims to promote and empower the next generation of women who will shape the future in science.
The 2027 edition of this award will honor five (05) outstanding researchers in the fields of physical sciences, mathematics and computer science.
Each winner will receive a prize of €100,000 for their contribution in the areas mentioned above.
Interested candidates must submit their applications before June 30, 2026 exclusively via the platform: https://www.forwomeninscience.com/challenge/show/158.
