Call for nominations for the 2026 UNESCO King Hamad Bin Isa Al-Khalifa Prize for the Use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Education, which focuses on the theme “Reinventing creativity and critical thinking with artificial intelligence” and under which two (02) laureates will be selected and awarded an amount of 25,000 US dollars each.
The Award was created in 2005 with the support of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and its objective is to reward the projects and activities of individuals, institutions, other entities or non-governmental organizations whose models of excellence, best practices and the smart use of information and communication technologies to promote learning, teaching and educational performance in general.
In this regard, our country, as a member of UNESCO, is invited to submit up to three (03) applications, no later than May 8, 2026, online and through the National Commission.
